We specialize in apparel and clothing products. Please note that See You In Dreams operates on a Print-on-Demand business model. This means your products are uniquely manufactured, printed, and fulfilled through third-party supply partners after your order is successfully placed.

We make every reasonable effort to display the colors and images of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device screen's display of any color or texture will be perfectly accurate. Minor variations in print placement, garment sizing charts, and color hues are standard in custom printing and shall not be deemed product defects. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. Because our clothing items are routed immediately to automated third-party print-on-demand facilities for custom manufacturing, we enforce a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. Please review your sizing, design choice, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any order you place with us for any reason at our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or domestic/foreign taxes unless expressly stated.

We offer international shipping. If you purchase products from outside of Spain, your order may be subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country. See You In Dreams has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them. All additional fees incurred during customs clearance are the sole legal and financial responsibility of you, the customer. If you refuse a package due to import fees, you forfeit your order, and no refund will be issued.

Because we utilize third-party shipping carriers and print-on-demand fulfillment centers, all delivery windows provided at checkout are standard estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed. See You In Dreams is not legally liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing bottlenecks, severe weather, or events outside our direct control.

Once we transfer your ordered products to the shipping carrier, the legal title and full risk of loss pass entirely to you, the customer. See You In Dreams does not provide shipping insurance, nor do we provide logistical support, replacements, or refunds for packages that are marked as successfully "Delivered" by the carrier but are stolen, misplaced, or lost. You are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Our Services, including all text, graphics, logos, button icons, clothing designs, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the exclusive intellectual property of See You In Dreams, our affiliates, or our licensors, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to browse the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

In the event that you post product reviews, upload photos, tag our official brand accounts on social media, or submit any creative content to us (collectively, "User Content"), you hereby grant See You In Dreams a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content globally in any media layout, including for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation or credit to you.

We may provide you with access to optional third-party tools, payment processors, or external web links (such as Shopify tools, payment gateways, or tracking applications) which we do not monitor, control, or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or endorsements of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

In no case shall See You In Dreams, our suppliers, print-on-demand partners, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages—whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
